Fashionme manufactures oversized T-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, cargo trousers and denim through Stock Match and Made to Order. New silhouettes, specified fabrics, garment washes, custom pocket construction, hardware changes and custom artwork placement are produced through Made to Order.
Streetwear Silhouettes Are Locked at Pattern Stage
Streetwear production uses separate blocks for oversized T-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, cargo trousers and denim.
Oversized T-shirt blocks record chest width, shoulder width, body length, sleeve length, sleeve opening and neck opening. Shoulder width and body length remain separate grade points.
Dropped shoulders are built into the production pattern. Sleeve length is measured from the dropped shoulder seam used on that pattern.
Hoodies carry separate body, sleeve, hood, cuff and bottom-opening measurements. Sweatpants carry waist, hip, front rise, back rise, thigh, knee, inseam and leg opening.
Streetwear denim is graded from the approved thigh, knee and hem relationship. Wide-leg, tapered and flared jeans keep separate production pattern sets.

Heavy Jersey, Fleece and Rib Are Ordered as Production Materials
The production fabric record contains fiber composition, GSM, construction, color and finish.
Body fabric and rib are separate BOM lines. Lining, zipper, drawcord, hardware and contrast fabric receive separate material references where used.
Fashionme's T-shirt production specifications cover approximately 160–280 GSM.
Fashionme's hoodie production specifications cover approximately 350–500 GSM.
The fabric used for final streetwear sampling is the fabric released for bulk production.
Garment Wash Is Part of the Finished Streetwear Specification
Washed streetwear is measured and approved after the wash process.
Pigment wash, faded wash, vintage wash and other garment-finished styles use the washed sample as the reference for final shade, surface and garment dimensions.
Washed T-shirts and hoodies are measured after processing for body length, sleeve length and finished openings.
Washed denim is checked after the approved wash for waist, rise, inseam and leg opening.
The finished washed garment is the bulk inspection standard.
Cargo Pockets, Knee Panels and Hardware Are Built Into the Production Style
Streetwear cargo trousers are completed as a full cutting set before marker making.
A bellows pocket has fixed finished width, height and depth. Its flap is a separate pattern component. Pocket position is recorded against the trouser leg pattern.
Zip cargo pockets include the zipper opening, zipper length and pocket bag in the production file.
Articulated knees are built as seams or separate panels before cutting.
Moving a cargo pocket, changing its dimensions or changing the knee-panel construction changes the affected production pattern pieces.
Streetwear Denim Is Approved as a Full Leg Shape
Thigh, knee and hem are controlled together in the production pattern.
Wide-leg denim keeps more width below the knee. Tapered denim removes width between the knee and hem. Flared denim adds width below the knee line.
The production pattern contains the front leg, back leg, fly, waistband, belt loops, front pocket pieces, back pockets and back yoke where used.
Zipper, tack button and rivets are listed separately in the hardware BOM.
Wash approval is completed before the finished bulk measurement standard is closed.
The finished washed sample is the reference for final shade, finished dimensions and leg shape.

Streetwear Graphics Are Manufactured to the Approved Garment
Large front prints, back prints, sleeve graphics and trouser graphics are positioned against the approved production pattern.
Artwork files carry finished width, finished height and fixed garment-placement measurements.
An oversized back graphic is set against the finished back width and body length.
Sleeve graphics use their own sleeve coordinates.
Zip-hoodie artwork is prepared around the center-front opening. Pullover hoodie artwork uses the uninterrupted front body.
Cargo-trouser graphics are locked after pocket and panel positions are approved.
Fashionme supports screen printing and DTF.
Streetwear Embroidery Is Approved at Final Production Size
Fashionme supports flat embroidery and 3D puff embroidery.
The embroidery production file contains finished width, finished height, thread colors, placement and embroidery type.
The embroidery sample is produced on the selected bulk fabric.
Large streetwear embroidery is approved at its final production size before quantity production begins.
One Approved Streetwear Sample Controls the Bulk Style
The approved streetwear sample carries the final pattern, fabric, wash, trims, artwork and construction for the style.
Oversized T-shirt inspection covers chest, shoulder, body length, sleeve length, sleeve opening and neckline.
Hoodie inspection adds hood dimensions, pocket position, cuff and bottom opening.
Cargo trousers and denim add waist, front rise, back rise, thigh, knee, inseam, leg opening and pocket position.
Pattern corrections are completed before grading.
The approved base pattern is graded into the ordered size range before bulk cutting.
Fashionme lists 7–12 days for Made to Order sampling, including 1–2 revision rounds.

Private Label and CMT Streetwear Production
Fashionme supports CMT when the client supplies the fabric.
Woven labels, printed labels, hang tags and branded packaging can be included in the production order.
Streetwear Final Inspection
Made to Order streetwear receives 100% final inspection.
QC photos are taken from actual bulk production goods before shipment.
Stock Match uses sample-pull inspection as standard.
Full inspection is available for Stock Match when every unit requires checking.
