Blouses Manufacturing

Blouses are cut and sewn to the specified bust shape, neckline, sleeve volume and finished length. Fitted fronts are shaped with the specified darts or princess seams. Gathered sections are distributed between marked start and stop points.

Front plackets are folded and pressed to width before buttonhole placement. Collars or facings follow the neckline sewing line, and cuffs attach to the prepared sleeve openings. Finished inspection measures the completed blouse and checks collar symmetry, placket alignment, cuff openings, closures and hem balance.

FashionMe offers Stock Match from 10 pieces and Made to Order from 50 pieces.

Bulk Fabric Approval

White satin fabric folds for blouse material approval

Bulk cutting uses the confirmed fabric article and bulk color. The cutting record carries usable width.

DirectionDirectional print, nap, stripe, check or sheen is locked before marker planning.
Dimensional resultWhen washing or another finishing process changes dimensions, the tested production construction determines pattern compensation and finished measurement control.

Blouse Pattern Architecture

Darted frontThe front pattern carries the approved bust or waist dart intake, legs and endpoint.
Princess frontCenter-front and side-front panels carry the shaping through their seam curves. Their notches remain matched through grading and bulk sewing.
04

Center Front, Placket and Closures

The production pattern establishes center front before any button spacing is applied.
An integrated placket contains its complete fold-back and extension in the front pattern; a separate placket is cut and identified as its own component.
The finished placket width is checked after folding and pressing. Left and right fronts meet on the intended center line.
Buttonholes are positioned from finished garment references. The opposite button positions are set against the completed buttonhole line.

A button diameter or thickness change reopens the closure check.

Sleeve and Cuff System

Front, back and shoulder references fix orientation.
BicepChecked as its own finished width.Sleeve opening
Placket, pleats or gathers reduce the lower edge.
CuffFinished length, depth, overlap and closure remain fixed.A smooth set-in sleeve does not accept visible tucks as a way to absorb a cap-length mismatch. A bishop sleeve places its major volume toward the lower sleeve and closes that width into the released cuff or wrist finish.

Satin Bulk Sewing Setup

  • Needle and thread:bulk uses the combination approved on the actual production satin.
  • Feed and tension:the completed seam must remain flat after the required pressing operation.
  • Pressing:heat and contact method are released for the fabric and fusible combination used by the style.
  • Handling:cut and sewn pieces stay off rough surfaces that can pull yarns or mark the face.

Marker, Cutting and Bundle Release

The marker is generated from the active blouse pattern revision and confirmed size breakdown.
Directional fabric, stripe, check and required match points are applied before marker approval.
Fusible, lining, contrast pieces and other secondary cut materials remain tied to the same style revision.
Paired sleeves, cuffs, collars, stands and left/right fronts remain identifiable after cutting.
An approved pattern correction replaces the earlier marker before affected fabric is cut.
