We offer worldwide shipping to all the countries. We are using DHL as the default shipping service, but due to the policies and customs conditions from different countries, the shipping service will be changed for several countries to minimize the processing time of the package. Orders over $89 qualify (before was $159+) for free shipping.
Once the package is dispatched, you will be able to receive a tracking number for your reference by E-mail.

To ensure the product condition of your order, we will examine the products again before we send out the package. Recently our system detected some scam order, and it causes a manual check for order situation, which would take less than 5 business days to check your order items. After the order check, your package will be sent and you should be able to check your package information by Order Track. Please contact us if you need to assist due to any urgent situation.
Customs and import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination country, such extra fees will be charged to the recipient by DHL / FedEx / EMS / SF-Express or your local customs office directly. Fashionme has no control over such extra charges. Please note that such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
